ทางผู้วาดขออนุญาตนำผลงานเก็บลง Portfolio เป็นตัวอย่างงานในอนาคต รวมถึงลงผลงานผ่านช่องทางโซเชียลมีเดียต่างๆ โดยมีในภาพ หากผู้ว่าจ้างไม่สะดวก สามารถแจ้งขอบเขตของการลงงานได้

สามารถให้เครดิตนักวาด 'GhostWithMoles' หรือ ชื่อช่องทางโซเซียลมีเดียได้ (Twitter | Facebook) และขอความร่วมมือไม่แอบอ้างผลงาน

กรุณาแจ้งก่อนทุกครั้งหากงานที่สั่งจะนำไปใช้ในเชิงพาณิชย์ (Commercial Use) โดยงานเชิงพาณิชย์จะคิดราคา 2 เท่าจากราคางานส่วนบุคคล (Personal Use)

ขนาดของงานจะปรับเปลี่ยนตามประเภทงานและความเหมาะสม ผู้ว่าจ้างสามารถกำหนดได้ (แนวนอน-ตั้ง / ความยาว-ความกว้าง) โดยจะเริ่มต้นที่ 1080*1080 300dpi

All of finished commissioned artwork will be displayed on social media platforms (e.g. Twitter, Facebook) as my portfolio or for promotional purposes with watermark on it. The client still retains the right to specify the extent of distribution.

Credit to the artist "GhostWithMoles" or my social media account (Twitter | Facebook) is appreciated. Claiming the artwork as your own is not allowed.

Commercial usage has to be informed prior the start of work. Commercial-use commissions are priced at twice the rate of personal-use commissions.

For giveaway commissions, an additional 50% of the base price will be charged.

Commissioned works may not be used for NFTs or AI training.

Image size will be adjusted based on the commission type and suitability. Clients may specify orientation (landscape/portrait) and dimensions, starting from 1080×1080 px at 300 dpi.

จัดลำดับคิวตามลำดับการส่งบรีฟ จะเริ่มทำงานคิวถัดไปหลังเสร็จสิ้นงานของคิวก่อนหน้าเรียบร้อยแล้ว

สามารถส่งบรีฟได้ภายในไม่เกิน 1 สัปดาห์ หลังการคอนเฟิร์มคิวแล้ว

หากพิจารณาบรีฟที่รับมาแล้วไม่สะดวกรับงานคอมมิชชัน จะแจ้งกลับเสมอ โดยยังสามารถปรับแก้รายละเอียดของบรีฟให้อยู่ในขอบเขตที่เราทำได้โดยไม่ต้องยกเลิกคิว

โอนมัดจำ 50% ของราคางานหลังภาพร่างพร้อมดราฟต์สีผ่าน โดยชำระเงินภายใน 3 วันหลังสรุปราคา ยอดค้างจ่ายที่เหลือจะชำระอีกครั้งเมื่องานเสร็จสิ้น

ชำระเงินผ่านธนาคาร (กรุงไทย | กสิกร) และทรูมันนี่วอลเลต (+ค่าธรรมเนียม 20 THB) หลังการชำระเงินและยืนยันภาพร่างเรียบร้อย จะไม่สามารถขอคืนเงินหรือยกเลิกงานได้จนถึงขั้นตอนสุดท้าย (จะมีการคืนเงินให้ในกรณีที่มีเหตุจำเป็นให้ไม่สามารถทำงานต่อและขอยกเลิกงานเอง)

ระยะเวลาทำงานต่อหนึ่งภาพ อยู่ประมาณ 1 - 4 สัปดาห์ตามคิวงาน ไม่รับงานเร่งที่ต่ำกว่า 1 สัปดาห์ และสามารถกำหนดเดดไลน์ได้เพื่อเพิ่มความสะดวกของในจัดการเวลาทำงาน หากเกิดเหตุให้ล่าช้าจะแจ้งให้ทราบทันที

สามารถแก้งานได้ในขั้นตอนภาพร่างทั้งหมด 5 ครั้ง นับเฉพาะการแก้ไขจุดใหญ่ๆ (เช่น เปลี่ยนท่าทาง เพิ่มองค์ประกอบอื่นๆ เพิ่มเติม หรือการจัดองค์ประกอบใหม่ทั้งหมด) การแก้ไขหลังจากนั้นจะขอคิดเพิ่มครั้งละ 30+ THB

อัพเดทความคืบหน้างานให้ทราบเรื่อยๆ จนกว่างานจะเสร็จทั้งหมด
(ยกเว้นงานประเภทโอมากาเสะ/Skeb/Surprise me!)

หลังงานเสร็จสิ้น ทำการชำระยอดค้างจ่ายที่เหลือ และส่งมอบงานผ่าน Email หรือ Google Drive

Clients can reserve a commission slot through the designated platform.

Queue Limit: Up to 3 slots at a time

Commissions are completed in order of brief submission. Work on the next slot will begin only after the previous one is finished.

Briefs must be submitted within 1 week after confirming the slot.

I reserve the right to decline a commission request if it is uncomfortable for me. Revisions to the brief can be made within my working scope without canceling the slot.

A 50% deposit is required after the rough sketch and color draft are approved. Payment must be made within 3 days of the price confirmation. The remaining balance is due upon completion.

Payment is accepted via Buy Me a Coffee in USD currency or Arbum in Gems currency. Once payment is made and the sketch is approved, cancellations and refunds will no longer be possible, except in cases where I am unable to complete the commission.

Turnaround time per artwork is around 1–4 weeks, depending on the queue. Deadlines can be set for better scheduling but I do not accept rush orders under 1 week. Any unexpected delays will be informed.

Clients can request up to 5 major revisions during the sketching phase (e.g., pose changes, adding elements, or major composition adjustments). Additional revisions beyond this will be charged 30+ THB per request.

Progress updates will be provided regularly until the commission is completed. (Except: Omakase/Skeb-like or Surprise me! Type)

Once finished, the remaining balance must be paid before the final artwork is delivered via Email or Google Drive.
